Well Will and Deena are staying.
The meeting was tense and it looked almost certain that our Chinese bosses would ask Will to leave. Will asked to see me outside.
I told him that he needed to be an adult, take responsibility for what happened and show some remorse. I told him to think how they felt and show some understanding and empathy. He went in and said he was sorry and the whole atmosphere changed. He took responsibility and behaved like an adult. I doubt I will even get a thank you though and pretty soon he will be back to his normal self. I just hope he learnt something, though I doubt it.
I don't know if it was the right decision but Will and Deena have one more chance, if they blow it I will not be so quick to defend them.
